Hi, I am Ashwin!

I am a professional with deep interest in Data Science and Machine Learning. A versatile professional with quick learning ability and a passion for solving real world problems, combining diverse tech skills with business and an ability to make good judgements and take insightful decisions.

Over the last 10 years I have worked in several areas of building and managing products, from engineering to consulting to product management. I started my career as a Java Developer in the engineering team at Tech Mahindra and began consulting after four years in this role. For the last 6 years, I’ve cofounded 2 successful startups and worked as a Technology Lead in Bangalore. I delivered several major product releases in very aggressive timelines on multiple devices and platforms based on business insights. Having found my true passion in entrepreneurship and product building - I am now heading technology at my current start-up at Gathr.

I have enjoyed the opportunity of working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

I’m also consulting with an AI bot startup for sales and marketing which recommends products based on pattern matching algorithm.

When I'm not building products, I'm meeting entrepreneurs, understanding their product challenges & trying to help them. I love basketball and talking to people.

I love everything about products from wireframing , building to delivery and taking them to the market.
