Spothole

This is a gamified, crowdsourced system that incentivizes the aggregation of information about issues with civic infrastructure. The gamification is built at the level of users as well as municipal corporators. We are starting with potholes, hence the name :) We are developing appropriate partnerships with the Namma Bengaluru Foundation and Ola Cabs for a strong launch. Rewards for points earned are generated from partnerships with local establishments. We developed a lot of interesting algorithms that push the boundaries of map on map technologies - which we can hopefully monetize as an API that can be integrated with routing software to take quality of roads into account.
